Can I collect my order directly from GlamPick HQ?

Unfortunately, we do not have Self Collection option.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Generally, we use Poslaju to courier all our parcels. We suggest that you track and trace the status of your order here.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are as excited as you are to receive your order! Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to reach you. You may experience a slight delay in delivery during sale or festive periods. But rest assured, we work hard to despatch your order as quickly as possible!

For commercial/office address, please note that our courier partners are required to comply with the buildings rules and regulations – if our courier partner is restricted from access to your office, they will contact you via your contact number provided.

We do not advise that our courier partners be instructed to leave your package at any reception/management office/security office. We will not be held responsible for any losses. 

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is paid as it may cause delay and disruption to all other orders. So, please take your time to review your items before completing your order.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or the wrong item?

Oh dear, we’re sorry to hear that! Please drop us an email at orders@glampick.my with the following details and our friendly customer service team will assist you the returns process as swiftly as possible!

  1. Order number
  2. Full Name
  3. Image of the faulty/wrong item

P/S: Please do not discard the faulty/wrong items as it is part of our returns policy.

Can I exchange or return a product?

We are unable to offer direct exchanges on any of our products. As for our return policy, we only accept returns for products purchased from our website. Products purchased from other locations, marketplace or site must be returned in accordance to the location of the purchase made.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship in within Malaysia. But we’ll work towards shipping internationally real soon!

How do I apply my Discount Code?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

I’m sceptical to shop online. Will my information be shared with third parties?

Don’t worry, all information is kept private and confidential. We do not share or sell your personal details with any third parties.

Are your products suitable for male?

OF COURSE! The ingredients and formulas are not gender-specific and it’s meant for skin in general.
